EXHIBIT BOOTH INCLUDES: draped 8 x 10 booth - 8'high back drapery; 3' high sidewall drapery, skirted 6' table, two chairs, waste can, and signage. PLUS: ONE complimentary full registration. Additional booth attendees must register separately. Online exhibit booth registrations are highly recommended to secure your booth preference. Please note that booth registrations and preferences are not guaranteed until full payment has been received. LCD Exposition Services will be contacting you with their complete exhibitor packet. Booth incidentals must be arranged directly with LCD Exposition Services.

Exhibit booth registration includes 1 person from your organization to attend the entire conference complimentary (excluding golf). Please complete this section on who will be attending complimentary.

CANCELLATION POLICY: subject to a 100% cancellation fee unless we are able to sell the booth space to another vendor by 8/1/12, in which case a refund of 85% will be issued on cancellation requests received at IIABW OR PIA by 5:00 p.m. on 8/1/12. Sorry no refunds after 8/1/12. Golf registration fees are non-refundable.
