Golf registration is not included in any of the above conference packages. This year's event is held at the extraordinary Coeur d'Alene Golf Course and includes water taxi from the resort to the course, 18 holes of golf, golf cart, unlimited floating practice balls, personalized bag tag, forecaddie and complimentary warm-up sports massage. PLEASE NOTE: A Forecaddie is required for each foursome and they do work on gratuity

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation requests for all packages EXCEPT GOLF received at PIA OR IIABW headquarters by 5:00 p.m. August 31, 2012 are fully refundable less a 15% service charge. Sorry no refunds after August 31st. Golf registration fees are non-refundable.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Are not included in registration fees and may be made directly with The Coeur d'Alene Reservation Department directly at 800-688-5253. Room rates begin at $169 per night plus tax. To secure our special convention rates, please identify yourself as part of the WA Joint Conference. The Joint Conference room block is open for reservations until August 19, 2012.
