Cancellation Policy
The cancellation deadline is January 4th, 2010, beyond which no refunds will be issued. All cancellations must be made in writing to Eva Rudz at winterconf2010@gmail.com in order to receive a full refund of the registration fee less a $50 administrative charge. Airline and hotel cancellation fees will be the responsibility of the participant.
Conflict of Interest Policy
It is our policy to require disclosures of and significant financial interest or any other relationship a faculty member or planning committee member has with the manufacturer(s) of any commercial products or services discussed in an educational presentation. This information can be found in the activity materials distributed at the meeting.
Accreditation
The New York Medical College is accredited by the Accreditation Council for the Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
